We are currently taking expressions of interest for practitioners to work within our healing rooms. If this is you, please fill out the below form as an expression of interest and we will get back to you ASAP!

Please read through this form carefully, as it contains all information you must know coming onboard as a practitioner at Qi.

        Please fill out the following for content to be used on your Practitioner Profile on our website. Please refer to: https://www.qicrystals.com.au/practitioners/ for examples of how your profile will be presented.
      • Please enter the name you would like to use publicly.
      • Please enter your Business/Company Name. This will appear under your name on the Practitioner Page and your Profile Page. This is not required if inapplicable.
      • Please enter a phone number (if applicable) for clients to contact you directly
      • Please enter an email address (if applicable) for clients to contact you
      • Please enter, if applicable, a Website link
      • Please enter, if applicable, a Facebook Page link
      • Please enter, if applicable, an Instagram link for your business
      • Accepted file types: jpg, png, jpeg, Max. file size: 32 MB.
        Please upload a clear photograph to be used on your webpage. Must be bigger than 400 pixels. Please do not crop photos, as they will be edited to fit a circle shape. *Please note, that if your file is over 32MB and you would like to send it to us please send it via email to practitioners@qicrystals.com.au after your have submitted your application.
      • Please list your Top 3 (or less) modalities to be listed on the Practitioners at Qi page
      • Please list all Modalities you would like to appear on your Profile Page
      • Please enter your session time options and price. For example: 30 mins / $60 etc…
      • Please enter a biography to appear on your Profile Page.
      • Please enter a short, or long description of each modality you offer. This gives potential clients an idea of what to expect in a session with you.

        • Promotion & Advertising:

          Once your starting date and timeslot has been confirmed your profile will appear on the Qi website, as per this submission form. You will also feature in the newsletter as a new practitioner at Qi. You are also invited to contribute articles for the newsletter, and our website blog.
        • To best promote your business, we recommend you supply us with your own brochures, postcards and/or business cards. We also suggest you provide us with 2 x A5 posters to be displayed on our notice board and in the shop window; these look more professional when professionally printed. We are happy to laminate them for you.
        • Facebook & Instagram

          We will follow your social media accounts if applicable. Our Qi Crystals Facebook account has close to 10.5k followers and 3k on Instagram. We will be actively posting on both our profiles and stories to promote you starting and working within our space.
        • Before submitting, please note:

          In agreeing to our Terms & Conditions: You have agreed to give us two weeks written notice (email) of any changes to your room hire agreement or time slots. Please be aware that failure to do so will result in you being charged two weeks room hire at you current rate should you wish to change you terminate your current agreement.
        • Damage to Rooms

          We do check the rooms after use, and you are required to notify us of any damage you cause to our rooms, carpet, and/or our facilities. You must be willing to pay for any such damage upon presentation of a receipt for the repair cost. Please note normal wear and tear is expected and we have our carpets cleaned regularly.
