We expect weekly, fortnightly, monthly classes or groups to be ongoing and consistent in both content and room requirements to keep administration to a minimum and logistics straight forward. If you request regular topic changes to be updated to the website or promotional material or you are applying for a 6-8 week course (or shorter), it is considered a workshop. This may incur additional costs.

Once your class submission has been accepted, it will then be listed on the Qi Website, as per this submission form. It will also appear in the Qi Newsletter. As a class facilitator, you are also invited to contribute articles for the newsletter, and our website blog. Please refer to the appropriate submission forms for the Newsletter. You are also welcome to utilise our Qi Crystal’s Facebook Page, by submitting Facebook Requests through the appropriate submission form.

To best promote your class, we recommend you supply us with your own brochures, postcards and/or business cards. We also suggest you provide us with 2 x A5 posters promoting your event/workshop to be displayed on our notice board and in the shop window; these look more professional when professionally printed at you own cost, but you are also welcome to attach a file below if you would prefer for us to print and laminate them for you.
