Once submission form has been accepted, your free eventwill then be listed on the Qi Website. It will then be listed in the Qi Newsletter. As a workshop facilitator, you are also invited to contribute articles for the newsletter, and our website blog. Please refer to the appropriate submission forms for the Newsletter. You are also welcome to utilise our Qi Crystal’s Facebook Page, by submitting Facebook Requests through the appropriate submission form.

To best promote your event, we recommend you supply us with your own brochures, postcards and/or business cards. We also suggest you provide us with 2 x A5 posters promoting your event/workshop to be displayed on our notice board and in the shop window; these look more professional if you pay to get them professionally printed at you own cost, but you are also welcome to attach a file below if you would prefer for us to print and laminate them for you.

We do check the rooms after use, and you are required to notify us of any damage you cause to our rooms, carpet, and/or our facilities. You must be willing to pay for any such damage upon presentation of a receipt for the repair cost. Please note normal wear and tear is expected and we have our carpets cleaned regularly.
