Apophyllite

Apophyllite is a form of hydrated calcium magnesium fluorosilicate. Said to facilitate a conscious connection between the physical and spiritual realms. It has a grounding effect during meditation and astral travel.

As a stone, Apophyllite is said to increase energy levels, used to sooth feet and eyes and aids the digestive system.
