Gypsum crystals can be found to occur in a ‘rose’ like formation, resembling the the petals and look of a rose created, by the gypsum crystals forming in intersecting disks.
This type of formation is referred to as Desert Rose as they will mostly be found in desert or arid areas.
Approx: 20 – 30 mm in diameter
