FRANKINCENSE: An aromatic gum resin used as incense since ancient times. One of the gifts of the three wise kings, it is said to have an uplifting, relaxing effect and to aid concentration.

Instructions: 

• Light the tip of the incense stick until it glows red, then blow out the flame & insert the end of the stick in a heat resistant receptacle. Keep burning incense away from children.
