Hematite
Hematite is an important iron ore. Containing up to 70% iron it is the worlds major source of raw iron for steel manufacture and will leave a red streak if scratch on the back of a ceramic tile.
Wands
Crystal wands are recognised as valuable healing tools. Traditionally, healing energy is directed through the wand, the tip of the crystal serves to focus that energy into a tight beam. In this way wands are used as a metaphoric surgical tool to cut energy blockages out of the body or auric field; often working over the Chakras (energy centres of the body) but one can also work directly over any area of the body.
Some wands have a rounded end at one end and point at the other end (single terminated) whilst other wands that have points at both ends (double terminated). when working with a single terminated wand you would hold it from the rounded end and direct the energy through the to tip, so that the energy moves in one direction only. The rounded end can also be used for massage and acupressure. With wands that have a double termination, the energy can move in both directions, they can be used for giving and receiving; although you can program them for the energy to move in only one direction.
Pyramid
The pyramid as a shape is based on sacred geometry. Most often associated with the ancient Egyptians, but has been used by many cultures. Metaphysically, pyramids can be used to generate and focus energy. They are perfect for programming (dedicating to a specific purpose), and are said to help us to reach our goals, by helping us to focus energy to bring things to a point or culmination. They can also be used to charge water or other crystals.
