Learn about the healing power of writing from author and trauma healer, Anna Krjatian. Described as a “Journal Queen”, Anna goes through 9-12, 160 page journals a YEAR. She has written herself out of depression and when working with her clients, advocates for the healing power of writing to help process anxiety, overwhelm, wounds, grief, and even trauma.
This short workshop will encompass a 10 minute meditation, followed by a writing workshop where in under an hour, you will be able to experience the power of writing and in doing so, become a better person, friend, partner, wife, husband, parent.
Author, entrepreneur and women’s trauma healer, Anna Krjatian is the founder and director of The Butterfly. She believes that everyone’s pain has a purpose and teaches people how they can transform their traumas through writing. Anna saved herself from suicide and wrote herself out of depression and is helping women all around the world unlock and embrace their power and Goddess energy. She is the author of three books, creator of the Healing Journal and facilitator of many workshops and masterclasses. In 2016, Anna’s first book Unmasking Depression was selected as a semi-finalist for the Australian Women’s Weekly and Qantas Woman of the Future Award. When she was four, Anna’s parents fled war torn Georgia, seeking asylum and a new life for their children. She currently lives in Melbourne, Australia.
